1 Serving, 4 Proteins, 2 Vegetables
4 ounces Ground Turkey, Thinly Sliced Chicken, Pork, Beef or Tempeh
½ C diced Bell Pepper
½ C diced Onion
¼ Avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil (divided)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
¼ tsp cayenne
1 tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Wash and chop romaine. Set aside.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add ½ tbsp olive oil, add peppers and onions.
Season meat with salt and pepper, cayenne, and chili powder. Saute meat with peppers and onions.
Top romaine with sauteed meat, sliced avocado and cilantro.
Finish with ½ tbsp olive oil and freshly squeezed Lime.
