1 Serving, 1 Vegetable, 3 Proteins

1 large portobello mushroom, stem removed
1 ounce mozzarella or provolone cheese
2 ounces ham, pepperoni, bacon, chicken, or ground beef
1 tbsp low sugar tomato sauce
½ tsp Italian seasoning


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the mushroom on a baking sheet, and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven, and spread tomato sauce in the cup of the cap. Top with cheese, ham and Italian seasoning. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
