What are Anew10 …To Go Facetime visits?
Anew10 … To Go! is a simple online program that uses health coaches & informative learning tools that teach you how to safely lose weight, improve your health, and prevent diabetes. The program consists of an initial facetime meeting with Dr. Voisine to assess your goals and need for FDA approved low dose appetite suppressant (phentermine) followed by 12 weekly facetime visits with a health coach. We use a HIPPA-compliant FaceTime app to meet with you.
Are appetite suppressants prescribed?

What types of food does the program allow?
Anew10 …To Go! Can be used with any weight loss program. We understand the importance of individualized plans for weight loss. A “one size fits all” is unlikely to be successful. Based on data from the Diabetes Prevention Program, the Anew10 program recommends low to medium glycemic index foods, healthy protein, and fat sources. Our goal is to help you lose weight and keep it off. For those choosing to follow the Anew10 program, weekly food plans, recipes, and some instructional videos are available.
Can I use insurance to pay for the program?
We do not bill individual plans. However, a superbill will be provided which you may submit for reimbursement from your insurance plan, HSA, or FSA. Reimbursements will vary and we suggest you check with your individual plan before purchasing the virtual visit program.

The facetime physician visit consultation will last approximately 30 minutes. You must register and complete your online health history and questionnaire prior to this visit.
